To facilitate secure communication between our SaaS platform and customer-hosted applications or models, outbound traffic from our platform is routed through a set of static NAT gateway IP addresses. By allowlisting these addresses, you permit our services to interact with resources within your environment while maintaining strict network controls.

Outbound IP addresses

The following are the static public IP addresses assigned to our NAT gateway. Please add these addresses to your firewall, security group, or access control list (ACL) to allow inbound connections from our platform:

• 54.211.102.197
• 52.7.223.91
• 34.195.198.32

Note: These IP addresses are exclusively used for outbound connections initiated by F5 AI Security. No inbound traffic is accepted.

Implementation Guidelines

• Firewall Configuration: Update your firewall or security group rules to allow traffic from the listed IP addresses on the required ports and protocols.
• Access Control: If your applications or models are protected by an ACL, ensure these IPs are included in the allowed sources.
• IP Address Updates: We will notify you in advance if any changes are made to these addresses. For operational continuity, monitor communications from our support team.

• All outbound requests from our platform will originate from the IPs above.
• For enhanced security, restrict access to only the necessary ports and services.
